After packing:

  • Your order is handed over to one of our trusted delivery partners
  • They will attempt timely delivery to your address

If the courier partner is unable to reach you:

  • They may try again
  • Or contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time

3. Packaging Quality

We take extra care to ensure safe packaging.

  • Products are packed in sturdy boxes
  • Each item is bubble-wrapped individually
  • Fragile items (such as bottles) receive additional padding

Our team focuses on premium-quality packaging, and we have received minimal complaints regarding damage during transit.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
