At Gluta White Products, we aim to provide you with a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.


1. 14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all labels and seals intact

We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product and invoice (optional but helpful)

Step 2: Return Authorization

Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions on how to proceed.

Step 3: Pack the Product Securely

Ensure all original tags, labels, and packaging materials are included.

Step 4: Ship the Product

Unless the product received is incorrect or damaged, return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.


3. Refund Process

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it goes through an inspection process that takes approximately 5–10 business days.

After inspection:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
  • The amount generally reflects in your bank account within 2 business days after processing.

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Products that are used or not in their original condition
  • Products with tampered seals or missing packaging

4. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange if the product meets return eligibility criteria.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in saleable condition
  • Exchange depends on product availability
  • Inspection may take up to 7 business days

Once approved, replacement processing takes 2–3 business days, and delivery takes 3–7 working days based on location.

If the item is out of stock, we will offer:

  • A refund, or
  • An alternative product recommendation

5. Return Address

Returned products must reach our address for refund or exchange approval.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
A full refund will be issued within 3 business days of cancellation confirmation.

After Dispatch:

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
You may follow the return process once the order is delivered.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products without original packaging or with tampered seals
  • Promotional or free gift items

8. Replacement Delivery Timeline

  • Replacement processed within 2–3 business days after return approval
  • Delivered within 3–7 working days depending on your location
