A) About Shipping

1. How soon will my order be delivered?

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Some orders may arrive earlier based on courier efficiency.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we primarily ship within India. If international shipping becomes available, any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility.

3. What if I receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product? Do I have to pay return shipping?

No. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, your return shipping charges (up to the original shipping cost) will be reimbursed.
Shipping charges for the replacement product are covered by us.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, a tracking number is emailed and/or SMS / WhatsApp to you. You can use this number to track your shipment at any time.

5. What if the delivery partner cannot reach me?

The courier will attempt delivery multiple times. They may contact you to coordinate a suitable time or request an alternative delivery address.


B) About Returns & Refunds

1. What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

We offer a 14-day Return & Refund Policy. You may request a return, refund, or exchange (only for the same product).

2. Why do I need to inform you before returning a product?

Informing us helps us understand your concern and guide you through the return process efficiently. It also helps us identify and fix any internal issues to improve future experiences.

3. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 10 business days and typically reflect in your account within 2 business days after processing.

4. Can I return an opened or used product?

For hygiene and safety reasons, products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

1. Are Gluta White Products suitable for all skin types?

Yes, our formulations are made to suit all skin types. However, we always recommend a patch test before first use, especially for sensitive skin.

2. Do your products contain harsh chemicals?

Our products are free from parabens, sulfates, mineral oils, and harsh additives. We use safe, skin-friendly ingredients that support a bright and healthy-looking complexion.

3. How long does it take to see results?

Results may vary from person to person. Consistent use helps improve the appearance of dullness, uneven tone, and dark spots over time.


D) Payments & Orders

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payment options including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other commonly used online payment modes.

2. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible—you can initiate a return after delivery.
